研究方向
课题组结合肿瘤分子生物学、RNA生物学和生物信息学,致力于肿瘤诊疗新靶点的发现和作用研究,建立了相关的RNA测序、生物信息方法和数据库(exLR-seq, ASJA, EV-origin, exoRBase, RJunBase),提出并发现癌症中存在丰富的肿瘤特异转录本TSTs (Nat Commun, 2016; Cell Rep, 2018; Hepatology, 2019; Cancer Res, 2020; Nucleic Acids Res, 2021);解析了外泌体/细胞外囊泡RNA组分及其在癌症中的应用(Cell Res, 2015; Nucleic Acids Res, 2018&2022; Clin Chem, 2019; Gut, 2020)。课题组目前重点开展肿瘤标志物和核酸药物(小核酸和mRNA)研究。
工作经历及学术成就
2009年博士毕业后留在上海市肿瘤研究所癌基因及相关基因国家重点实验室工作,2011年至2013年在斯坦福大学医学院做博士后,2013年9月起任复旦大学附属肿瘤医院/肿瘤研究所和生物医学研究院PI。致力于RNA表型组学和转化医学研究,近年首次报道环状RNA选择性富集于外泌体,并建立首个人类血液外泌体长链RNA数据库exoRBase,发现肿瘤特异转录本LIN28B-TST及潜在意义。迄今发表SCI论文60余篇,H-index 45,被引超过1万次,申请发明专利三项,获得国家重点研发课题、国家自然科学基金、上海市科技创新项目,以及国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、上海市浦江和启明星计划资助。
