研究方向

蛋白质-RNA复合物在转录和表观遗传层面如何调控基因表达,以及如何在细胞分化和癌症发生等命运决定过程中发挥作用。主要研究内容包括:

1、  RNA结合蛋白的转录调控机制;

2、  反向RNA的功能与作用机制研究;

3、  RNA-Protein研究的新技术开发。

 

学术成就

2010年于武汉大学获博士学位,2010年至2015在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校进行博士后研究工作。2015年 入选中组部 青年千人计划” 和基金委 优秀青年科学基金”。主要从事RNA结合蛋白和非编码RNA在细胞重编程、干细胞分化及癌症发生过程中的功能机制研究。近年来主要围绕RNA结合蛋白和microRNA (miRNA)在神经细胞重编程、癌症发生和干细胞分化等方面的作用开展了系统性探索, 取得了前沿性突破,在Cell, Mol Cell, Nature, Gen Dev, Cell Research等发表10多篇科研论文。
